QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS:

Quality has always been integrated parts of corporation culture and ever afford is made ensure that the customer get best quality material. We have inducted skilled employees at all level to bring their experience and executive in to the manufacturing of bearing.

During production the at most care is taken in each operation of grinding to maintain case tolerance. We conduct 100 % checking of raw material and our in process.

For checking geometrical parameters such as concentrate, paramecium and circular run out have all testing equipment's. Tolerance on our bearings confirm to ISI standards. Raw materials used for outer ring, inner ring and roller are SAE - 52100 / EN- 31 as per IS 4398. Our inspection shortly from the beginning i.e. when outer and inner forged turned rings are received they are checked with the help of master rings and comparator. Then they are hardening process. They are checked for hardness crack and ovality. Hardness required to 58 to 62 HRC when the grinding begins first of all face is grinded on rotary surface grinder. The material remained is 0.2 to 0.3mm. . Here size face paralisum surface finished in faces, flatness and visual parameter are checked with the help of comparators and masters.

In the same way of outer and inner rings are grinded and for quality they are checked in the same procedure mentioned above. Finally the tracks are honed with honing stick. Here material remained is maximum 5 microns. After final washed rings goes to assembly.
